1. Reporting Defective/Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, it is important to report it to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To ensure a smooth process, we require you to provide an unboxing video as proof of the defect or damage. This video should clearly show the unboxing process and any issues encountered. This will help us assess the situation accurately and expedite the resolution.
2. Reporting Missing Items
If you discover that an item is missing from your order, please report it to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Along with your report, we kindly request you to provide an unboxing video that clearly shows the unboxing process, including the items received and any discrepancies. This will assist us in investigating the matter thoroughly and taking appropriate action to resolve the issue promptly.
3. Return Requests for Non-Defective/Damaged Items
If you wish to return a product that is not defective or damaged, we will accept the return request only if it is raised within 24 hours of receiving your order. We understand that preferences can change, and we are committed to providing you with a satisfactory solution.
4. Credit Note Issuance
In the case of approved returns, we will issue a credit note for the returned item. This credit note can be used for future purchases on our website, www.totallyindian.com. Please note that a 5% deduction will be applied to the credit note value to cover payment processing fees incurred by us. This deduction is necessary to ensure fairness and the smooth operation of our return process.
5. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
The product should be in the same state as received, including all original tags and packaging.
The item should be unused, unworn, and undamaged, except for cases of defective or damaged items.
We reserve the right to inspect the returned item upon receipt and notify you of the status of your refund after inspection.
6. Return Shipping Responsibility
In the case of approved returns, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse in India. The cost of return shipping (Including Import Taxes) will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.
7. Exclusion of Food Item Returns
Please note that we do not accept returns for food items due to safety and hygiene reasons. We strive to provide you with the freshest and highest quality food products, and therefore, returns for such items cannot be accommodated.
8. Claim Submission Process
To initiate a return claim or report missing items, please email us at contact@totallyindian.com. In your email, please include the following:
A detailed description of the issue with the product.
The unboxing video as proof of defect, damage, or missing items.
Clear images of the product showcasing the issue, if applicable.
Your order number and contact information.
Once we receive your email with all the necessary attachments, we will review your claim and respond to you within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Abuse of Return Process
We value the trust of our customers and expect fair usage of our return process. We reserve the right to refuse service to buyers who abuse the return process. In such cases, we may ban the buyers permanently from using TotallyIndian.
