Wellness • Dilute with a carrier oil of choice and massage on achy joints in winter to soothe the pain • Create a soothing blend of cinnamon bark oil mixed with nutmeg, mandarin, petitgrain and juniper berry as a diffuser blend to help manage and relieve stress How To Use • For scenting, add 2-3 drops of Cinnamon bark 100% Pure Essential Oil to 10 drops of water and diffuse it. • If applying on the skin, add 2-3 drops of Cinnamon bark 100% Pure Essential Oil to 7-8 drops of Carrier Oil and apply.
